Once the validity date of duration of the residence for the Permanent Representative Office (RO) expires, procedures for extension should be conducted.It is better for you to start the extension procedure 20 days before the validity date.

Documents Required for Guangzhou RO Extension

1.Notorazation document of parent company which proves it has been operating over 2 years endorsed by Chinese Embassy located in that country.

2.Bank Reference Letter from bank of parent company notarized by local lawyer and endorsed by Chinese embassy or Chinese consulate oversea, and bears the validity of six months.

3.Statement of business activities of the Representative Office within the duration of residence,signed by chief representative.
4.All certificates of Representative Office.(Registration Certificate, Organization Code Certificate, State and Local tax Certificate)

5.Representative's working ID Card of the Permanent Representative Office in China

6.China Chief Representative:2 photos (2 inches size)

7.Representative Office Stamp

8."Registration Application Form for Extension", and "Entrustment Letter for the Registration" prepared and filled in by ZANYA company and signed by director of parent cmpany and chief representative of RO.

After the above documents are all checked and agreed, new "Registration Certificate" and "Representative’s ID Card" shall be issued.
