Requirements of Samoa Offshore Company Formation

 

Company name: Must end with one of the following suffixes: Limited or Ltd.; Corporation or Corp.; Incorporated or Inc.; Sociedad Anonima or S.A.

 

Capital and shares: The standard share capital is 1 millioon USD. Bearer shares are permitted.

 

Shareholder: There shall be at least one one shareholder. Corporations are permitted.

 

Director: At least one one Director. Corporations are permitted.

 

Secretary: A Secretary is required. Corporations are permitted.

 

Document Required and Procedure

The needed documents are: Company name; Copies of ID cards or passports of shareholders and directors.

 

Procedure: Fill in the application form→sign the agreement in person→transact in the government→finish within 10-15 working days→All the director sign the legal document in person. (a new company registration need 10-15 working days but buy the shelf company only need 3 working days )
